Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of EUR 6.90 including VAT per order for delivery within Germany. For delivery within the EU we charge a flat rate of 19.90 including VAT per order. For deliveries outside the EU, we calculate the shipping costs individually and manually. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page. The shipping fee is 6.90 euros (or 19.90 euros). The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory value-added tax. Since VAT is calculated on the flat-rate shipping fee depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, only decreased in your favour.
